民族地区高校引入民族传统体育的思考——以河池学院为例

通过文献资料法、访谈法、观察法等研究方法,深入剖析民族传统体育的文化特征和内涵,结合当前民族传统体育在河池学院的开展状况进行分析,发现将民族传统体育与体育教学有机结合以及在校园里开展民族传统体育活动,能激发学生的体育学习兴趣,促进大学生身心健康发展,有利于民族地区高校体育教学内容的改革,对弘扬、传播民族传统体育文化具有显著效果。

Reflection on the Introduction of Traditional Sports of Nationalities of Colleges in Ethic Minority Areas——Take Hechi University for Example

This article deeply ponders over the cultural characteristics and connotations of traditional sports of nationalities with such research methods as literature,interviews and observation.Based on the analysis of the current development of traditional sports of nationalities in Hechi University,the article points out that combining traditional sports of nationalities with physical education teaching and carrying out some relative activities in the school can stimulate students＇ interest in learning physical education,promote the development of college students＇ body and mind.Meanwhile,it will be beneficial to the reform of physical education teaching of colleges in ethnic minority areas and to effectively develop and spread traditional sports culture of nationalities.
