On Historical Development and Current Situation of Gyratory Motion

Originally,the gyratory motion is nothing but a folk entertainment sport in ancient China.The main purpose that people took up this activity is to keep fit,and it just served as a pastime of life.With the development of society,there is a great development and improvement in the craftsmanship and the sport technique of the spinning top and the gyratory motion has undergone evolutions in history.Thanks to its increasing value and significance,this sport has got great attention from state and local governments.It has been popular in most parts of our country.This paper aims to review and expound the historical development and current situation of the spinning top by the methods of document literature,on-the-spot investigation,interviewing and comprehensive analysis.
