| Abstract: | In the Qingyijiang and Shuiyangjiang river basins,the disters of water and drought often occurs,it brought about enormous loss to national ec- onomy of these river basins.In this paper,the authors analysed the reason and management of the disters of water and drought from the natural condition and human action etc.Then the authors found an applicable managing measure. |
