摘    要:采集大气颗粒物细粒子(PM2.5)样品,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定PM2.5中Ag、Al、Ba、Ca、Cd、Ce、Co、Cr、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Pb、Sb、Se、Sr、V、Zn等20种常量及微量金属元素的方法.样品用HNO3+HCl经微波消解后用ICP-MS测定,以Sc、Ge、Rh、In、Bi作为内标物质,选择适当的待测元素同位素消除质谱干扰,确定实验最佳测定条件.结果表明:20种金属元素的检出限在0.003~1.172μg/L之间;线性关系良好,线性相关系数R≥0.99;精密度良好,RSD〈3.42%;回收率为80.9%~110.3%.该方法能够快速有效地实现多元素同时测定,检测线性范围宽,测试结果准确可靠,并应用于大气颗粒物中金属元素的测定.

Abstract:The sample of PM2.5 was collected and ICP-MS method used for quantitatively analyzing the 20 elements of Ag,Al,Ba,Ca,Cd,Ce,Co,Cr,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,Ni,Pb,Sb,Se,Sr,V and Zn simultaneously was established.The sample was dissolved by microwave digestion with HNO3+HCl,and then ICP-MS technique was used for determining the elements.Sc,Ge,Rh,In and Bi were selected as internal standard elements to correct the mass spectrometry interference by proper isotopes of the determined elements,and the optimum determination conditions were tested and confirmed.The results show that the detection limit ranges from 0.003 to 1.172 μg/L,linear correlation R≥0.99.The accuracy of the method was evaluated by recovery measurements on samples,and good recovery rates(80.9%—110.3%) with precision less than 3.42% were achieved.This method can simultaneously determine multiple elements with wide linear range and reliable result,and it can be used for determining metal elements in atmospheric particulate matters.
