| Abstract: | The productive process of natural persimmon juice had been exploited to use persimmons from Shaanxi and other provinces in China,and the quality index of the juice is given.This technology is also significant to produce other products used persimmons,and it is estimated that the profit is 9 times more than the production cost. |
