| 摘 要： | 大学生求职择业中常常有焦虑，自插，自负，依赖，冷漠，从众等心理问题，其形成原因有主，客观等多方面因素，应从规范毕业生就业市场，解决供需矛盾，健全完善就业信息网络，加强思想教育和素质和修养，重视心理教育和疏导，加强就业指导工作等方面着手解决。
