非言语沟通技巧在体育教学中的应用

摘    要:非言语沟通即通过副语言、目光、表情、体势语、动作、身体接触等方式进行人与人之间的信息交流。与语言沟通相比,非言语沟通更生动、更真实,有更强的表现力和感染力,能发挥口语不可替代的独特作用。因此,体育教师必须掌握一些非言语沟通的知识,在教学过程中恰到好处地运用非言语沟通技巧,达到以情施教、协调师生关系、发展学生智能的作用,以增加师生之间沟通的有效性,从而使体育教学获得事半功倍的效果。

Abstract:Non-linguistic communications,namely are message communications through auxiliary-language,sight,face-expression,body-language,action,body contact and so on.Non-linguistic communication appears more lively,more genuine,endowed with much more force of expression and infection in comparison with linguistic communication.Further more it can exert unique influence which can not be replaced by oral language.It's necessary for PE teachers to master the knowledge of Non-linguistic communication,and apply Non-linguistic skills appropriately in teaching in order to teach emotionally,tap the students' potential power,strengthen the effectiveness of communication,make teaching get twice the result with half the effort.
