溶出套管换热器的设计选型分析

摘    要:在氧化铝生产的溶出工序,用于矿浆加热的套管换热器处于高温、高压、高碱浓度、磨蚀性流体的恶劣环境,为使加热套管的选型设计更合理,对目前使用的三种结构形式的套管换热器进行了对比分析,以便为今后套管换热器的设计或改造提供参考。

Abstract:In the digestion section in a refinery,the tube heat exchanger for heating slurry is located in a serious environment of high temperature,high pressure,high soda concentration and abrasive fluids.In order to design a more reasonable sized heating tube,this paper has made comparison and analysis for the three types of tube heat exchangers for the reference of future design or rectification of tube heat exchangers.
