| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪，我国经济发达地区和欠发达地区的经济发展思路和策略发生了新的变化，发达地区探索区域经济的发展，欠发达地区着重县域经济的发展。其实两者可以找到一个连接点，那就是产业集群，产业集群对区域经济、县域经济发展策略的选择有着重要的参考作用。

| Abstract: | The thread and strategy of economical development have changed in the economically developed and undeveloped areas in China in the new century. The regional economy development is studied. In the developed areas, and the development of a county economy is emphasized in the undeveloped areas. In fact, the industrial cluster is a joint between them. The industrial cluster plays an important reference role in the strategical choice ofregional and county economy development. |
