| 摘 要： | 普法在我们国家有着重要的地位。对于为什么普法的回答在许多人看来过于简单,因而这样的问题往往被我们所忽视。本文以为什么要普法为思考路径,进而检讨我们过去的一些普法举措,在此基础上提出了有关普法观念及措施改进的一些观点,我们的观点值得商榷,但我们的思考是认真的。

| Abstract: | The popularization of laws in our country plays an important role. The answer to the question ＂Why should we make laws popularization？＂ seems too simple to many people,thus,such problems are often neglected. With the thinking path of why should popularization of laws,and then review some of the past initiatives,the paper proposed some conceptions and measures to improve the situation. Our view is questionable,but our thinking is serious. |
