大气环境承载力是山西经济发展的硬约束

文章通过大气环境承载力评价模型，对历年来山西大气环境承载力的发展态势进行评价，并对2003年11个地市的大气环境承载力现状进行评述；根据预测模型，采用警告型预测和目标导向型预测对山西省和11个地市大气环境承载力进行预测，提出污染物浓度达到环境保护要求的排污系数和应有的递减速率以及11个地市的污染物排放量应达到的基准。

This article evaluate the trend of bearing strength of Shanxi atmosphere environment through its evaluation model , and state its actuality of eleven city in 2003; in the base of forecast model , forecast the eleven civic bearing strength of Shanxi atmosphere environment by the way of warning forecast and aim direction forecast , put forward the eject dirt quotiety of infectant thickness ,degression speed and the norm of infectant let quantity in the eleven city.
