| 摘 要： | 以混合定价法(定金与提成相组合)为基础，根据完全信息动态博弃的原理，分析了技术商品转让定价中转让方与受让方的决策均衡问题，说明了随着受让方对技术商品未来收益的不同估计(反映为受让方不同的风险水平)，转让方应采取不同的组合定价策略．

| Abstract: | On the basis of the down payment and royalty pricing method, the assignor's and the assignee's decision equilibrium were analyzed by means of the rules of two stage dynamicgame with complete information. The paper also illustrated that the assignor should adopt different combined pricing tactics according to the assignee's different risk attitude to the technological commodities' future earning. |
