摘    要:提出了一种利用大功率高频调制CO2激光作为激励源,对表面温度传感器进行动态特性测试的新方法,建立了动态特性测试系统,用美国相干公司DiamongOMEGA系列K—500型CO2激光器对OMEGA公司Butt-Welded热电偶进行了动态特性测试,实验结果表明该传感器的响应时间为41.6ms。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new method of making the dynamic property test on the surface temperature sensor by using the high frequency modulated high power CO2 laser as the driving source,and sets up a dynamic property measuring system.A Butt-Welded thermocouple of company OMEGA has been tested on the system by using DIAMONG OMEGA series K-500 type CORHENT CO2 laser,and the experimental results show that the response time of the Butt-Welded thermocouple is 41.6 ms.
