磁力金属带传动有效牵引力的理论研究

摘    要:建立了新型磁力金属带传动(MMBT)有效牵引力的力学模型,对有效牵引力的影响因子进行了分析和数值模拟,结果表明,MMBT的有效牵引力是电磁吸引力和初张力耦合作用的结果,影响有效牵引力的因素主要有磁感应强度,初张力及围包角等,由于电磁吸引力的作用,其传载能力可得到较大幅度的增大。

Abstract:A mechanical model of effective traction force was established for magnetic metal belt transmission (MMBT). The influence factors of the effective traction force were analyzed and numerically simulated. The results show that the initial tension no longer produces the effective traction force solely, but the electromagnetic force and initial tension produce the effective traction force by their coupled action in the MMBT. The main factors influencing the effective traction force are the magnetic induction density, initial tension and angle of contact, etc. Because of the effect of electromagnetic force, the carrying capacity of this transmission can be increased.
