钢板冷却过程分析与控制策略

摘    要:钢板冷却工艺是影响钢板质量的重要因素。对钢板在某一风冷环境中的冷却过程进行研究,采用ANSYS软件建模,并对钢板的冷却过程进行模拟。分析钢板冷却过程的温度分布规律。远离钢板芯部温降较快,角部温降最剧烈,给出了采用活动挡板遮蔽形式的钢板沿宽度方向的均匀冷却控制策略。

Abstract:The plate cooling process is an importance factor that affects the plate quality.The plate cooling process is researched in the wind cooling environment,ANSYS software is adopted for the modeling,and the plate cooling process is simulated.The temperature distribution law is analyzed.The temperature far from the plate center is decreased quickly,and it is violent in the corner of plate.Finally,the control strategy of uniform cooling is given.
