TiO2对磁控溅射Ti-TiO2纳米复合涂层抗菌性能的影响

摘    要:为预防种植体周围炎,采用反应磁控溅射法在纯Ti片表面制备了Ti-TiO2纳米复合涂层,改变Ti靶材与TiO2靶材的拼接比例,研究纳米TiO2体积分数对涂层微观结构和抗菌性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、接触角测量仪对样品进行微观组织的表征以及表面粗糙度和润湿性能的测量,采用CCK-8法(cell counting kit-8,CCK-8)对涂层进行细胞毒性测试,采用平板涂布计数法对涂层进行抗菌性能评价。结果表明,当Ti靶材与TiO2靶材的拼接比例为95∶5时,Ti-TiO2涂层含纳米TiO2量最多,涂层的表面粗糙度以及与液相接触角达到最大值,分别为1.28 nm和100.42°,涂层无细胞毒性,符合生物安全性材料的标准,涂层的抗菌性能最佳,涂层的抑菌率达到了90.94%。

Abstract:In order to prevent peri-implantitis, Ti-TiO2 nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the surfaces of pure Ti sheets by reactive magnetron sputtering. The effects of nano-TiO2 volume fraction on the microstructure and antibacterial performance of the coatings were studied by changing the splicing ratio of Ti target and TiO2 target. The microstructure, surface roughness and wettability of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy and contact angle tester. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) method was used to test the cytotoxicity of the coatings, and plate colony counting method was used to evaluate the antibacterial properties of the coatings. The results show that when the ratio of Ti target to TiO2 target is 95:5, the nano-TiO2 content in Ti-TiO2 coating is the highest, and the surface roughness and contact angle with liquid phase of the coating reach the maximums, which are 1.28 nm and 100.42°, respectively. The coating has no cytotoxicity and meets the standard of biosafety materials. The antibacterial properties of the coating are the best, and the antibacterial rate of the coating reaches 90.94%.
