| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Zur Bestimmung des Gehalts an Wachstumshormon in der Hypophyse wurden die radioimmunologische und die biologische Methode verwendet. Die Resultate der immunologischen Bestimmung von Wachstumshormon nach Insulinstress, Kälte oder Hunger waren negativ, während im biologischen Versuch eine deutliche Abnahme des Gehalts an Wachstumshormon in der Hypophyse festzustellen war.
