第二凝固浴条件对聚醚砜膜结构与性能的影响

摘    要:采用双凝固浴法制备聚醚砜膜,主要研究了第二凝固浴温度、浓度对膜的水通量、肌肝和尿素去除率的影响.实验结果表明:肌肝和尿素去除率随着第二凝固浴温度的上升,先上升,然后下降,随后又略有上升,随着凝固浴浓度的上升,先下降,然后趋于平衡,最后又略有上升;而水通量随着凝固浴浓度的变化与肌肝尿素去除率的变化一致,随着第二凝固浴温度的上升一直呈上升趋势.

Abstract:The PES membrane was made by dual-bath coagulation method. The experience was studied on the effect of the second gelation temperature and concentration on water flux and rate of clearance of PES membrane. The experimental results show that according to the increasing of the second gelation temperature, water flux of PES membrane increases. Rate of clearance of PES membrane increases first, then decreases and increases again at last, according to the increasing of the second gelation concentration, water flux of PES membrane decreases first, then comes to a plain and increases at last. The changing rule of rate of clearance is same as the changing rule of water flux.
