| 摘 要： | 三峡库区面临着生态环境恶化、经济贫困化、百万移民安置等三大难题。要使这三大难题从根本上得以有效协调解决，必须发展生态经济。因此，从生态农业、生态工业、生态城镇、生态旅游业等方面对三峡库区生态经济区进行构建，十分必要。

| Abstract: | Now, Three Gorges Reservoir Area is faced with three serious problems, namely, the deterioration of ecological environment, the economic poverty and the resettlement of over one million people. In order to solve the three problems completely, effectively and coordinately, we must develop the ecological economy. This article puts forward the thinking about establishing Three Gorges Reservoir Area's ecological economic Zone in ecological agriculture, ecological industry, ecological town and ecological tourism. |
