摘    要:为了探讨Cd、Pb、Cu单一胁迫下4个桂花品种(密结银桂、天香台阁、柳叶黄、满条红)的生长适应性,采用盆栽试验法,研究不同重金属处理(Cd:0,50,100,200mg·kg~(-1);Pb:0,100,500,1 000mg·kg-1;Cu:0,50,100,200mg·kg~(-1))下桂花幼苗的生长量及吸收积累特性.结果表明:(1)低浓度Cd、Pb、Cu处理对4个桂花品种生长没有明显的伤害现象,甚至表现出促进作用,而较高浓度的重金属胁迫明显抑制了4个桂花品种的生长;(2)单一重金属胁迫下,4个桂花品种幼苗根、茎、叶组织中重金属含量伴随处理浓度的增加而增加;当受到胁迫后,重金属主要积累在幼苗的根部,只有少量重金属转移到茎、叶中;(3)一定程度上,4个桂花品种对Cd、Pb、Cu污染均有较强的耐性,其在重金属污染土壤的修复中具有一定的应用价值.建议Cd污染区域选用天香台阁,Pb污染区域选用柳叶黄,Cu污染区域可选用密结银桂.

Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of Cd,Pb or Cu uptake and accumulation in 4 varieties of O smanthus fragrans (Thunb.)Lour.under single stress of Cd,Pb or Cu.Pot experiment was adopted with O.fragrans seedlings as experimental materials to investigate the effect of single stress of Cd,Pb or Cu on the growth of O.fragrans seedlings under 0,50,100,200 mgkg-1Cd;0,100,500,1 000 mgkg-1 Pb or 0,50,100,200 mgkg-1Cu.(1)The lower heavy metal concentrations played a promoting role in the growth of O.Fragrans,but when it passed a certain concentration,it would produce poisonous effect.(2)4 Varieties of O.Fragrans had a certain accumulative effect for Cd,Pb or Cu,the heavy metal contents in roots,stems and leaves usually enhanced with increasing concentration of heavy metal.Most of Cd,Pb or Cu were accumulated in their roots,only small parts of Cd,Pb or Cu could be transported to stems and leaves.(3)To a certain extent,4 varieties of O.fragrans have stronger tolerance to Cd,Pb or Cu contamination.These results implied that the above plants had some potential applications in the remediation of Cd,Pb or Cu polluted soil.So O.fragran s"Tian Xiang TaiGe"should be chosen at first to remediate the soil contaminated by Cd.To remediate the soil contaminated by Pb,O.Fragran s"Liu Ye Huang"should be the variety afforded. O.fragran s"Mi Jie YinGui"issuitable for Cu-contaminated soil.
