闽台科技资源整合模式与战略研究

目前,闽台科技资源整合成绩显著,但整合的深度和广度还有待加强,需要从单纯的产业转移和产品贸易向创新合作、技术研发等层面升华,需要从产业价值链低端的简单合作向产业价值链高端的创新合作转移。在闽台科技资源整合中,两地可通过以新兴产业为依托的承接链式模式、以平台共建共享为基础的双赢模式和以项目为纽带的互动模式,促进闽台科技交流与合作上一个新台阶。

Research on Integrating Model and Strategy of Science and Technology Resources of Taiwan and Fujian

At present,great achievements have been made in the integration of science and technology resources,but the depth and breadth are yet to be strengthen,that is,from simple transfer of industry and trade to the innovation cooperation,technology research and development,from simple cooperation in the low-end of industry value chain to the high-end innovation cooperation.In the process of integrating science and technology resources of Taiwan and Fujian,both regions can take use of the chain model based on emerging industries,the win-win model based on platform sharing mechanism,and the interactive model based on the project,etc.to promote the communication and cooperation of the science and technology of Taiwan and Fujian to a new step.
