液位传感器检测系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于凌阳SPCE061A单片机和VC++的液位传感器检测系统,下位机以自动或手动方式一次可测试7个传感器,并将测试参数实时保存到Flash,具有掉电保护功能.下位机每测试一个传感器就将对应的数据由RS-232串口传送到上位机.上位机控制程序用VC++编写,每上传一组数据就以曲线形式显示该数据,曲线保存为位图文件,对应的数据保存到动态创建的Access数据库.可设置参数修正表,还可生成并打印各传感器的质检报告.

Abstract:A kind of fluid position sensor examination system based on SPCE061 MCU and VC++ is designed. The hardware can test seven sensors a time with automatic or manual way. The MCU can save the test parameters into the Flash at real time so the system has the protection function of power failure. Once the test of a sensor is finished the sample data can be transmitted to the PC by RS-232 The receiving system was based on VC++ Once the data is transmitted to the PC the receiving system can draw the curve with the data at once. The curve is saved in the file of bitmap format and the corresponding data is saved into a dynamicly produced Access database. The system can not only set revision parameter list,but also produce and print the examination report of every sensor.
