压电俘能器磁力限幅结构设计与优化

摘    要:针对悬臂梁式PZT俘能器的压电陶瓷片经过长时间循环振动后常常会出现裂纹甚至发生断裂的问题,提出了俘能器的磁力限幅结构方案. 采用ANSYS软件对原结构以及限幅以后的结构进行谐响应分析. 结果表明,磁力限幅方案有效地减小了结构中的最大应力. 对磁力限幅方案进行了优化,并通过仿真证明了优化后的结构在俘能器获得最佳俘能效果的前提下,可有效控制压电陶瓷片的疲劳断裂.

Abstract:In view of the problem that piezoelectric ceramic plate of cantilever PZT piezoelectric energy harvester may crack or rupture under cyclic vibration, the scheme of magnetic force limiting structure was developed. Harmonic response analysis for the original structure and limiting structure by ANSYS showed that the scheme effectively reduced the maximum stress in the structure. Finally, optimization for the magnetic force limiting scheme was done, and the results of simulation prove that the optimized structure can not only ensure optimum of harvesting energy, but also effectively control fatigue fracture of the piezoelectric ceramic plate.
