番禺大桥施工控制

摘    要:介绍了番禺大桥斜拉桥主梁的施工控制计算方法,主梁标高和索力的监测过程以及施工控制的结果。采用空间杆系结构模型,实现了番禺大桥主梁牵索挂篮悬臂浇筑施工过程的计算模拟,计算了大桥主梁悬臂浇筑的施工全过程。番禺大桥的施工控制结果表明:详细的施工模拟计算和连续监测可保证斜拉桥主梁标高和索力的控制精度,及时地掌握大桥的实际受力状态。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the construction control practice for the Panyu Cable-StayedBridge. Methods for the simulation and monitoring of the erection process as well as the adjustment of the geometry and cable tension during construction are presented. The bridge, with mainspan 380 meters long, is built by using the balanced cantilever construction method. Because ofthe high flexibility of the main girder, cable-supPOrted forms are used in the construction of eachgirder segment, for casting the concrete in-situ, which brings more difficulty' into constructioncontrol. The paper shows that a careful and detailed simulation analysis and a continuous monitoring of the erection process is necessary. Such a method makes possible the achievement of highlevel acculacy in erection and the guarantee of structural safety for the construction of a PC cablestayed bridge.
