| 摘 要： | 对 12例吸毒者肺结核的临床特点及治疗效果作回顾性分析 .结果表明 :12例均符合吗啡类药物依赖诊断标准 .经抗痨治疗后 ,9例痰菌阳性只有 1例阴转 ,10例空洞未闭合 ;12例中只有 2例规则服药 ,其中治愈 1例 .吸毒者易患肺结核 ,且治愈率低 .

| Abstract: | A retrospective analysis was carried out to wards the clinical characteristics and curative effects of 12 cases of drug abuser suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis.Results showed that 12 cases all accorded with diagnostic standard of morphine dependence.After antituberculous chemotherapy,only 1 sputum negative conversion was found out of 9 sputum positive;the cavity of 10 cases were not closed;only 1 caes was cured among 2 out of 12 taking medication regularly.Drug abuser is apt to suffer from pulmonary tuberculosis and its cured rate is low. |
