摘    要:为了解决普遍存在的变频调节节能预估偏大的问题,利用自主研制的矿用主通风机实验平台,开展了多变频率主通风机流量与功率的实验实测.以经典的三次方等比比例定律公式为基础,应用最小二乘法进行了15个变频调节工况的实验数据处理拟合,得到了流量-功率的三次方多项式,并得到了流量比-功率比的三次方多项式.实验所得的流量比-功率比公式及其曲线,表明流量比-功率比存在可逼近的极限值,具有非等比例变化特性.该非等比变化律公式提供了一种主通风机变频节能率的预估方法.

Abstract:In order to resolve the problem of energy-saving overestimation to variable frequency, the experiment of flowrate and power of an mine main fan, which was adjusted by variable-frequency, adopted by the coefficient experiment system of a mine main fan performance developed by ourselves. On the basis of the classic law of cubic equal ratio proportion, the ordinary least square (OLS) was applied to handle the tested data of 15 experimental conditions of the mine main fan, and the cubic polynomial formula of flowrate and power was developed, and the cubic polynomial formula between flowrate ratio and power ratio was developed as well as. The formula and its curve of flowrate ratio and power ratio shows that there should consist in the limiting value, and the characteristics of flowrate ratio and power ratio is non-equal. The non-equal formula supplied for the estimation method of energy-saving efficiency of a fan adjusted by variable frequency.
