基于ANSYS的钢结构玻璃雨篷可靠性研究

摘    要:对有限元分析软件ANSYS的概率分析功能做了基本介绍.为研究钢结构雨篷结构可靠性问题,运用ANSYS软件建立了典型钢结构雨篷的有限元分析模型.利用ANSYS软件的概率分析模块来进行钢结构雨篷可靠度分析,选择雨篷结构的载荷、弹性模量等各种设计参数作为随机输入变量,通过交互式界面整理得到APDL命令流建立可靠性分析文件并进行分析,进而得到危险部位的最大应力与最大变形的可靠性概率,得出各设计参数与目标变量的灵敏度关系,可为结构优化设计作参考,提高设计效率.

Abstract:Probability analysis about basic function of finite element analysis software ANSYS was introduced. For the study of structural reliability of steel awning, typical steel structure was established by ANSYS software. Probability analysis module of ANSYS software was used to analysis steel awning reliability, the awning structure load and elastic modulus and various design parameters were chosen as random input variables, APDL command flow file was obtained and analysed which by means of interactive interface operation, and then the maximum stress and maximum deformation was gotten that of the dangerous parts reliability probability, it is concluded sensitivity relationship of design element and target variable, can be for reference for the structure optimization design, improve design efficiency.
