浅谈体育教学的目标管理方法

本文运用管理科学中的目标管理方法,探讨体育教学过程中的管理方法论问题。文章认为,高等师范院校普通体育课的教学目标具有系统性和指向性特征,为此,体育教学必须实行目标管理的原则。体育教学目标中的主体与客体都应了解整体目标及其实施途径。在体育教学中运用目标管理的方法,要坚持从众性原则和预决性原则,要按照制订目标,分解目标,控制、检查与评价目标的三步程序办事。文章突出强调了体育教学的目标管理目的,在于激发师生对本门课程的热情、兴趣和创造性,从而高效率地实现体育教学的整体目标。
