十六烷值机电路分析及改进

摘    要:由于在实际的使用过程中,润滑油评定中心FSHY-1型十六烷值机故障率较高,抗干扰性能较差.故障多发位置是在机器的电路板部分,主要原因是装置在运行过程中整体震动较大,原模拟电路中放大器较多,微小的干扰信号就会引起电路中的分立元件管脚脱焊,严重影响系统正常运行.通过对原电路的分析,在不影响电路功能的前提下,对电路做了改进,使电子器件的数量大量减少,有效地减弱了电子器件脱焊、温漂等对系统的影响.提高了电路抗干扰性能,减轻维修人员的工作强度.

Abstract:In the actual use,the lubricants assessment center-FSHY-1-type cetane machine has high failure rate and anti-jamming performance.Fault-prone position is in part of the machine's circuit board,mainly due to the overall larger vibration of installation during operation of the circuit with more original analog amplifiers.Small signal can interfere in the circuit and cause the discrete components sealing off pins,which will seriously hinder normal operation of the system.Through the analysis of the original circuit,under the premise of not affecting the functions of the circuit,the circuit was improved so as to significantly reduce the number of electronic devices,which effectively weakened the influence of sealing off and temperature drift,etc.on the system.The above measures improved the anti-jamming performance of the circuit and reduced the work strength of the maintenance workers.
