| 摘 要： | 分析非稳态制酸工艺的特点及要求,采取合适的检测方案,并由此搭建合理的软、硬件平台。从净化、干吸、转化等到压力、温度、SO_2浓度、酸浓度的监测;以及根据床层温度(或者时间)自动进行入塔烟气换向等方面用微机监控系统进行综合控制,探讨了DCS控制系统在制酸工艺中的应用。
