| 摘 要： | 检察机关对民事执行活动的法律监督职能体现得微乎其微,这也正是造成当前民事执行难、执行乱的一个重要原因。对民事执行活动检察监督的必要性和途径进行研究,试图通过立法和制度建设解决民事执行活动的检察监督权问题,以切实促进司法公正,保障当事人的合法权益,维护社会稳定。
