提升浙江地方高校社会服务能力的对策研究

在高校服务地方发展工作会议、浙江省成为全国转变经济发展方式试点省份和《长江三角洲地区区域规划》实施背景下,经济转型升级给浙江地方高校提升社会服务能力带来了前所未有的历史机遇和重大挑战。浙江省地方高校要在科学发展观指引下,融入地方经济社会发展,在服务中求生存,在贡献中求发展,进一步提升服务地方经济社会发展的能力和水平,积极为地方经济转型升级和增长方式转变提供智力支持,不断提高对地方经济社会发展的贡献度。

Upgrading the Social Service Ability of the Local Colleges in Zhejiang

Under the backgrounds of the conference on the work of the service of local colleges and universities to the local economy,Zhejiang being an experimental province of changing the way of economic development,together with the implementation of regional planning of the Yangtze River Delta,Zhejiang economy faces transformation which brings about unprecedented historical opportunities and tremendous challenges to local colleges＇ social service.The local colleges and universities in Zhejiang should merge into the development of local economy guided by the view of scientific development to survive in service,develop in contribution,further upgrade the ability and level in the service of local development in economy and society,positively provide intellectual service to transform and upgrade the local development in economy and society and constantly raise the ability to contribute to the development of the local economy and society.
