| 摘 要： | 独立学院辅导员助理制度的实施是独立学院应对新时期学生管理新局面、新情况、新问题的一种有效探索，它实现了辅导员、辅导员助理和学生的“三赢”。为了充分发挥辅导员助理制度的实效性，独立学院要建立培训和考核机制；加大对辅导员助理的感情投入；完善激励机制，并及时总结和表彰他们的工作成果。

| Abstract: | The implement of the coacher assistant system is an effective exploration of the new aspect, new situation and new issue of students＇ management in the new age, the implement of which has brought about the ＂three wins＂ of eoachers, coacher assistants and students. In order to bring the effectiveness of the coacher assistant system into full play, the independent college should establish a mechanism of training and examination, take more care of the emotion of coacher assistants, perfect the motivation system and timely sum up and praise their working achievements. |
