| 摘 要： | 审美是一种特殊的人生实践，包含着丰富的人文内涵，具有情感性、根源性、直接性的特点。人生境界的意义在于实现人的自我超越和生命的升华，从而达到自我实现的境地。审美与人生境界关系密切，它可以帮助人们从小我之境向大我之境不断攀升，进而实现情感的净化和精神的升华，最终目的是走向人生的至高境界。当今社会的困境，更加重了通过审美提高人生境界进行审美还原的迫切性。

| Abstract: | Aesthetics as a special life practice, including rich humanistic connotation, is characterized by its emotion, origin and directness. The significance of life realm lies in the realization of self - transcendence and distillation of life. Aesthetics and life realm are closely related with each other, which helps the realization of purification of emotion and distillation of spirit, and the ultimate goal is to reach the supreme realm of life. Present social dilemma strengthens the necessity of aesthetic restoration through aesthetics. |
