农村学校德育工作的缺失及其对策

The Defects of Moral Education in Rural Schools and Their Solution

Owing to the special environment and particular educatees, moral education has become the weakest link in rural education. The traditional ideological moral education, whether in concept and content or in method and management, has some defects. If we want to display the moral function in nurturing pupils, we must adjust the thematic goal and content of moral education, strengthen training to raise the quality of those who engage in moral education by enabling moral education to approach close to pupils, entering pupils＇ homes and the society and optimizing the environment for moral education.
