| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation of and existing problems in the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise, sums up and introduces some manual successful experiences of domestic and foreign enterprises in institutional incentives, enterprise cultural incentives and spiritual incentives, and connecting with the difficulties in the innovation of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise, puts forward some measures for innovating the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise. |
