摘    要:通过对不同硅含量的球墨铸钢在各种温度-时间条件下进行贝氏体等温淬火处理及随后的冲击试验,考察了硅含量及等温淬火条件对贝氏体球墨铸钢冲击韧性的影响,并由此可以确定获得最佳冲击韧性的硅含量及等温淬火规范。

Abstract:Austempering treatments on nodular graphite steel with different silicon content were conducted under various temperature-time conditions to exarnine their effects on impact toughness,and the optimal silicon content and austemperlng technology by which the material tested could gain the highest impact toughness were available from the results of the experiment.
