高强混凝土灌注桩新工艺及其应用

摘    要:针对目前许多砼灌注桩工程中由于桩身固结体强度普遍较低而制约了其单桩承载力的缺点,介绍了利用增强剂和净浆包裹骨料工艺施工高强砼灌注桩的方法,分析了其增强机理.据此方法,在实际施工中桩身固结体强度可达52MPa的高强砼灌注桩,因而具有较大的实用价值.

Abstract:Faced with the fact that lower concrete strength of pile restrains the bear load power of single pile in many concrete grouting pile projects at present, this paper presents a method of constructing high strength concrete grouting pile (HSCP) by using the strengthening agent and technology of aggregate enveloped with neat cement paste (AEP), analyses strengthening mechanism. In paratical project HSCP with strength of 52 MPa, is constructed.
