| 摘 要： | 该文基于教育评价的根本目标是促进学生的学习与发展的观点,分析了职前教师教学技能评价的现状,提出了使用课堂观察的方法收集职前教师教学技能行为表现的信息,为讨论和反思提供更多的例证性支持,实现职前教师教学技能的发展性评价.
