络合-超滤耦合分离过程聚合物回收与回用的研究

摘    要:水溶性聚合物络合-超滤耦合过程是一种新型的工业废水处理方法。它不但能够实现金属离子废水回用,而且还能浓缩金属离子废水,以便于金属的进一步回收。采用聚乙烯基亚胺(PEI)、聚丙烯酸钠(PAA)为络合剂络合处理金属离子后的浓缩液,可通过调节溶液酸碱度,采用超滤的方法将聚合物与金属离子分离。实验表明:当调节浓缩液pH=1(稀土离子-La2 和Eu2 浓缩液)和pH=2(重金属离子-Cu2 和Zn2 浓缩液)时,在体积稀释因子VDF=3时,恒容超滤过程可以回收92%以上的PEI和PAA,将回收后的聚合物重新用于络合-超滤耦合过程处理含稀土或重金属离子废水,效果与新鲜的PEI和PAA没有明显差别。

Abstract:A coupling process composed of water-soluble polymer complexation-ultrafiltration(PCUF) is an new method to deal will industrial metal ion wastewater(IWCM) and to eliminate the pollution by IWCM,which could satisfy the constrains of increasingly stringent environmental standards for the IWCM reuse and recovery.The concentrated wastewater solution with complexants,polyacrylic acid(PAA) and polyethyleneimine(PEI),were treated by controlling the pH value of the solution,The polymers and the metal ions can be separated by complexation-ultrafiltration coupling process.The experimental results were as follows: when pH=1(rare earth metal ions,La~(2 ) and Eu~(2 )) and pH=2(heavy metal ions,Cu~(2 ) and Zn~(2 )),the polymer could be recovered by more than 92% and the metal ions could be concentrated under VDF=3.The efficiency of the recovered Polymer is the same as the fresh PAA and PEI in the water-soluble polymer complexation-ultrafiltration coupling process.
