对消费与社会发展失谐的审视

受多种因素影响，消费与社会发展失谐现象在我国当前大量存在且比较严重，主要表现在：消费者不良的消费方式降低了消费者的素质，败坏了社会风气，腐蚀了社会有机体；社会不良的市场环境制约着人们大胆消费、健康消费；社会不良的文化环境诱发着人们低级庸俗消费，摧残着消费者的素质。因此，要促进消费与社会发展的相互协调，必须加强消费教育，使人们树立科学、文明、健康的消费方式；必须强化整治力度，规范市场文化秩序，培育优良市场文化环境，保障消费者的消费安全与消费质量。

Considerations on the Unbalances between Consumption and Social Progress

Many elements have led to the increasing unbalances between the consumption and social progress in China. The unbalances are specified into three sorts. One is that the bad consumption ways have decreased the customer＇s qualities, seriously debased the standards of social conducts and corrupted the social groups. Two is that the bad market environment has restricted a healthy con- sumption. Three is that the bad cultural environment has induced the vulgar consumption. For a harmonious consumption, it is neces- sary to stress the consumption education to achieve a scientific, polite and healthy way of consumption. Besides, such measures must be taken to get a safely and good consumption as the regulations of culture market order and environment.
