| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国金融市场的逐步开放,面对越来越激烈的全球竞争,商业银行只有采用全球经营的思维和理念来解决人力资源管理问题,才能获得动态核心竞争力。分析了金融全球化下商业银行人力资源管理的现状和问题,提出了商业银行人力资源管理的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the gradual opening of our country's financial market,and facing the more and more drastic global competition,the commercial banks,which want to obtain the dynamic core competitive power,must adopt the global managerial thought and idea may to solve the problem of the human resource management.This paper analyzes on the present situation of and existing problems in the human resource management of the commercial banks under the financial globalization,and puts forward some countermeasure for the human resource management of the commercial banks. |
