| Abstract: | Supercritical water oxidation(SCWO) is an effective method of destroying organic compounds contained with an aqueous waste stream. The review begins with a brief summary of supercritical water oxidation and an overall introduction is made to the technology including reaction mechanism, application and its exiting questions. Finally,the applicable vistas of the new technique are forecasted. |
