| 摘 要： | 导游人员职业道德水平的高低直接影响着导游人员的接待服务质量和旅游地的形象 ,决定我国旅游业能否健康有序地发展 ,因此进一步提高导游人员的职业道德水平显得尤为重要。本文对导游人员队伍当前存在的主要的职业道德规范问题及其形成原因进行了分析 ,强调了开展导游职业道德教育的必要性和重要性 ,提出了导游人员职业道德水平提高的途径与对策

| Abstract: | The degree of the level of the tour-guide s occupational ethics directly influences the quality of their reception services and the images of the resorts.The thesis analyses the problems about the tour-guide s present principal occupational ethics standard and its relevant causes,stresses the necessity and importance of carrying out the education of the tour-guide s occupational ethics and puts forward the channels and counter-strategies of enhancing the level of the tour-guide s occupational ethics. |
