| Abstract: | There exist in in China's rural land systems some Problems problems, such as the ambiguous property right, undrdeveloped rural land marketing mechanism and the lack of long - term input. The successful experiences of the land - finance systems in other countries are enlightening and can be used for reference in the establishment of our own land- finance systems and further the reformation of the rulal land systems in China. |
