| 摘 要： | 针对福建省龙海县土池人工养殖的锯缘青蟹发生肌肉浊白现象，开展肌肉组织病理学研究，发现病蟹的肌纤维断裂、肌细胞坏死溶解、细胞核萎缩和空泡变性、在肌肉组织中存在大量的20面体、大小约为150nm的球形病毒粒子，初步推断该病毒为锯缘青蟹肌肉坏死症的病原体。 |

| Abstract: | There was a pathology study on the muscle tissue necrosis concerning the appearance of muscle albinism which occured in Mud Crab Scylla Serrate raised in the earth-pond in Longhai county. It had been found out that the muscle fiber of ill Mud Crab had broken; the muscle cell necrosis had melted; the cell nucleus muscle had shrunk and the empty bubble had changed its nature. There were a large number of ball-shape viral particles in the size of isometric and 150 nm in the muscle tissue. This virus was tentatively infered to be the pathogen of the Mud Crab Scylla Serrata muscle necrosis. |
