Caes,of placenta previa were diagnosed by B-ultrasonography before labour. Amongthem,115 were confirmed by cesarean section and vaginal labour.The results showed that thediagnostic accuracy rate of B-ultrasonography were 96.8% for central-type,80% for margi-nal-type,and 24% for low-lying-type.It was suggested that placenta previa might be classi-fied into thfee main types as central-type,marginal-type,and low-lying-type byB-ultrasonography,while the orificium externum canalis cervicis was unopen. Central-type wasfurther classified into five subtypes,for clinical work. |
