| 摘 要： | 主要介绍饺子机可靠性设计方面的具体做法，然后用最大似然估计法对饺子机的寿命进行计算。结果证明，采用可靠性设计后，饺子机平均无故障工作时间ＭＴＢＦ提高３．６倍。
