| 摘 要： | 本文研究了红点唇瓢虫的世伐生活史，在贵阳该瓢虫生年发生三代，世代高度重叠，以成虫越冬。笔者观察了各代雌虫产卵情况，其中以一代产卵量最大，平均每头雌虫可产卵２３２．８粒，产卵期最长，平均可达７８．５天，该虫食性较广，可捕食１７种盾蚧和少量蜡蚧的幼蚧。 |

| Abstract: | Generations and life history of Chilocorus kuwanae Silvestri were observed. In Guiyang, this ladybeetle has three generations a year with high overlaps between generations. The over wintering stage is adult. Ovipositions of all generations were examined, and first generation has highest egg amount, with an average of 232.8 eggs per female; the oviposition period is also longest, with an average of 78.5 days. Studies of feeding habits indicated that this ladybeetle can feed on 17 species of amored scales and some young of wax scales. In addition, some characterizations, such as life-span and habit were also observed. |
