| 摘 要： | 目的：分析、总结如何提高超声诊断子宫肌瘤的准确率．方法：对500例病人术前超声诊断、妇科检查、术中所见与术后临床病理诊断进行对照分析．结果：500例术前超声诊断为子宫肌瘤者与术后病理诊断总符合率为96％，误诊20例，占4%．结论：只有依据典型的超声图象与临床相结合，综合分析，才能提高超声诊断子宫肌瘤的准确率．

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze and summarize the experience to improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis for hysteromyoma. Methods： Comparative analysis on the ultrasonic diagnosis with the results of clinical examination, intraoperative findings and postoperative clinicopathological diagnosis for 500 cases of hysteromyoma. Results：The coincidene between ultrasonic diagnosis and clinicopathological diagnosis was 96 % for 500 cases of this disease. The misdiagnosis rate was 4 % （20 cases）. Conclusion： It can improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis for hysteromyoma through combining typical sonogram with clinical examination and aggregate analysis for hys-teromyoma. |
